We comment on the various proposals concerning the provision of equipment and training (including staff being given time to complete it), particularly to ensure the workforce can gain the right digital skills,  access to data and data sharing including a single shared patient record, safe staffing and skills mix, quality, type, accessibility and security of data (including workforce data) and governance and standards.
