Our branch and ¹úÄÚ¾«Æ·ÒÁÈ˾þþþø¾ Congress
All members can attend ¹úÄÚ¾«Æ·ÒÁÈ˾þþþø¾ Congress for free. There are also fully funded voting places for members, where travel, accommodation and food are provided. Voting members are there to listen, participate and vote on resolutions that are proposed by ¹úÄÚ¾«Æ·ÒÁÈ˾þþþø¾ branches, forums and committees across the UK.

Representing ¹úÄÚ¾«Æ·ÒÁÈ˾þþþø¾ members at the European Federation of Public Service Unions' 11th Congress
The European Federation of Public Service Unions (EPSU) represents 8 million public service workers across Europe and has significant influence over the policies and decisions of employers, governments and institutions. The ¹úÄÚ¾«Æ·ÒÁÈ˾þþþø¾, as a major membership stakeholder, sits on the executive and the EPSU Congress is held every five years. This year the event was held over three days in Bucharest, Romania, and I attended representing the Professional Nursing Committee as Vice Chair alongside three delegates: Denise Kelly, Dennis Greer and Jackie Davies representing the ¹úÄÚ¾«Æ·ÒÁÈ˾þþþø¾ Trade Union Committee, and Brian Morton, ¹úÄÚ¾«Æ·ÒÁÈ˾þþþø¾ Associate Director for Employment Relations.
