¹úÄÚ¾«Æ·ÒÁÈ˾þþþø¾ pay vote ¹úÄÚ¾«Æ·ÒÁÈ˾þþþø¾ Wales has launched a ballot asking Band 2 Health Care Support Worker (HCSW) members to vote on a collective agreement that seeks to recognise and compensate those who have been carrying out Band 3 responsibilities.

NHS Wales have proposed a validation process, by which employers will work with staff to determine whether they are working at a Band 3 level, and corrective payments for those moving into a Band 3 role as a result.
